  • Application Review: A designated team member reviews the applications we've received for the job description posted. The qualified application is followed by a telephonic discussion for interest alignment.
  • Structured Interviews: A GWRL representative, will speak with you over the phone, will inform you about the next step in the process. Generally, candidates are invited for face-to-face interviews with our panel of experts.
  • Psychometric Assessment: Our recruiters will get in touch with the short listed candidates for the psychometric assessment. These assessments are the instruments to understand you in a better manner and make the selection process as objective and unbiased as possible.
  • Technical Interview: For technical/ specialized niche positions and depending on specific job requirements, you may also be asked to complete various technical (paper-pencil/on-job) and aptitude tests.
  • Reference Check: If we're considering you for a job offer, we will conduct a check that covers your employment history, references, educational qualifications, etc. If no adverse information is reported during the check-which typically takes few days -we will proceed to make an offer.
  • Offer: If you're selected for the position and the background check is satisfactory, an HR representative will send out a formal offer. The offer package will include starting salary and a summary of benefits at GWRL.
  • Hire and Induction: After you accept the offer, we will discuss & determine start date and plan Induction from day one.
